ATTORNEY DAVID JORDAN for tribal police officers/commanders
The following police personnel have been contacted and Wallace Billy received settlement and so he will not be signing settlement and he will not file additional complaint.
Two other complaintants not included and they still need to be contacted.
Stipulated order from Labor Commission, which came to Commission as injunctive relief, filed April 30, 2013.
COMMISSION CHAIRPERSON WATCHMAN
I have read stipulated settlement, all of you have signed. Are there any of you that have questions?
NO ONE RAISES QUESTIONS
To put on record, we spent a lot of time on this and that settlement provisions regarding no referral of disciplinary actions by officers/commenders and Billison does not include one of these officers arresting another officer/commander if court ordered and that those actions are not interpreted as violating this settlement.
Agree and accept agreement. Hopefully works and addresses concerns and all work and live in peace.
HEARING OVER WITH SETTLEMENT AT 10:53 AM
