COMMISSIONER BODIE
Give them more time.
COMMISSIONER CHAIRPERSON WATCHMAN
We heard case that expresses what community expects and so officers and commanders must take community into consideration and that community considers officers naataani (traditional Navajo leader).
Officers and commenders must conduct themselves in an honorable way and to deal with issues between commanders and officers in good way. Also don’t shout at persons. “We expect no less conduct in any other work place.”
If you want to win at all costs, this may turn around on you. So with that, continue negotiations.
