COMMISSION CHAIRPERSON WATCHMAN
I have read stipulated settlement, all of you have signed. Are there any of you that have questions?

NO ONE RAISES QUESTIONS

JORDAN
To put on record, we spent a lot of time on this and that settlement provisions regarding no referral of disciplinary actions by officers/commenders and Billison does not include one of these officers arresting another officer/commander if court ordered and that those actions are not interpreted as violating this settlement.

CHAIRMAN WATCHMAN
Agree and accept agreement. Hopefully works and addresses concerns and all work and live in peace.
We’re done.
