DELEGATE ALTON SHEPHERD
I advocate for one voice and to always work for people. WE also need to plan for $550 million settlement, roads, water rights. Water rights is a major concern. I know people want jobs but there needs to be infrastructure for economic development. And economic development policies and rules need to be streamlined.

DELEGATE LORENZO BATES
YOu have heard my platform. And be mindful this is not and “I” platform but “we”. it will require guidance from all of you to move nation down a path for the people. how we proceed to address needs of people, i will address as speaker by working with each of you in this room. each of the 24 are spokespersons for the people. but we have to come together as the council to do that. first thing we do is develop priorities as we see it to move nation forward. developing priorities begins with plan on how to get that done. do in first two years or sooner. going into third year, the people will see results of council coming together. there is a timeline.
