Navajo Election Board behind closed doors

Immediately after the Navajo Election Board voted to adopt its agenda, Board President Wallace Charley explained that since the special meeting concerned a Writ of Mandamus filed against the Board that some board boards felt that they should go into executive session.

Election Supervisors Lenora Fulton and Michael Coan made the motion to go into executive session. The Board vote was 5 in favor, 3 opposed. The executive session started at about 9:46 a.m.
