The following is information from the Office of the Speaker:
Below is a link to all of the legislations listed on the Council’s proposed agenda for the Summer Council Session which will begin tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber. The proposed agenda is posted on the Council’s website.

As you may be aware, last week the Naabik’iyátí’ Committee did not complete their agenda items. Therefore, the Naabik’iyátí’ Committee is scheduled to meet at 7 a.m. tomorrow (Monday) in the Council Chamber.

Horse and bike riders will also convene in front of the Council Chamber prior to the start of the session. Speaker LoRenzo Bates, President Russell Begaye, and Acting Chief Justice Eleanor Shirley will also be signing the “One Nation, One Voice” agreement between the three branches of government which outline the Nation’s 9 priorities.

Please let me know if you have any questions. The best way to get a hold of me tomorrow will be by phone (call or text).

Thank you,
Jared Touchin
Office of the Speaker
