When these discretionary were allocated for chapters, the purpose was to assist ppel in need. Yes some mistakes in processing some of this assistance. But keep in mind, these issues are pending in court. I’ve been thinking about it. I don’t think we intentionally misused funds and no intent to falsely use.
I personally think these funds were properly used to assist Navajo families. We helped these families.
We didn’t get legal advice from our attorneys.
We being terrorized by Special Prosecutors. it is causing us to work against each other and now Navajo pple working against each other, like Mexicans.
