We’ve had extensive discussion over these funds. Finished Crownpoint detention/court building, now into construction of similar facilities in Chinle, Dilkon, Ramah, Shiprock starting soon. There is limited funds and Reserves have been used for other purposes. Pinon recently approved as Judicial District. We discussed using Public Safety Trust Fund but decided that since Reserves available that Law & Order Committee decided best option was funds from Reserves.

DELEGATE PHELPS
All see is external contractors to demolish Tuba City court building and then it has to be tested for asbestos and that asbestos needs to be removed before demolishment so are those funds in $150,200?
