State engineer to visit San Juan County – Farmington Daily Times.
State Engineer Scott Verhines will attend a question-and-answer forum in Bloomfield on Thursday about the Navajo Nation Water Rights Settlement, an agreement that grants significant amounts of San Juan River water to the sovereign nation. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Bloomfield High School.
