WASHINGTON- Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Gina McCarthy will deliver keynote remarks at the second annual Center for American Progress “Making Progress” policy conference. Administrator McCarthy will discuss the importance of the Clean Power Plan in encouraging economic growth and innovation while helping the U.S. lead on reducing the impacts of climate change.
