ELECTION BOARD PRESIDENT WALLACE CHARLEY
Election Board had Writ filed against it and so this

this body, Navajo Board of Election Supervisors, has no issue with presidential candidates. it is about the rights of voters. we are i america. the pple enjoy voting and select own leaders by choice. that is our concern – the voters rights. we want to protect that, honor that. if there is any repercussion, we are willing to stand up for rights of voters. before hearing, some voters cast ballots. over 4,000 pple have pick up their application. over 3,000 absentee ballots sent out. i don’t know how many voted. that is our concern, voters rights. so media when you write orders, put that in your stories. so far we have been given no orders. Office of Hearings and Appeals only told us, he “expects” us. and depends on how you define expects.

this board also very aware of authority given to it by council. here is election law, honor it, enforce it. The board is not creating crisis. someone else is doing that.
