NTEC: “Clean” coal is categorized as a renewable

Navajo Council continues debating $4.1 million for Navajo Transitional Energy Company, which the Council created to negotiate purchase of BHP Billiton coal mine.

Where is language for assurance NTEC go into renewable energy. Language says NTEC go into “clean” coal fired power plants only.

Profits wud go to NTEC’s energy project. No less then 10 percent of NTEC annual funding into research such as solar, wind. Under renewables, cud categories clean coal but no where invest into current coal fired electricity generation.
