I got an electronic copy of Navajo police complaint against Navajo Division of Public Safety Director John Billison.

Here it is:

Navajo Labor Commission recesses hearing on complaint filed by current and former Navajo Nation police officers and commanders against Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety Director John Billisoon. The hearing is expected to reconvene at 2 p.m.

The recess was called so Billison’s attorney could talk with Navajo DPS Criminal Investigator Director Ron Silversmith. And for both attorneys to continue working on settlement of the complaint, either entire complaint or by individuals listed in complaint.

And so during the recess I’ll go over names of individuals in the hearing.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

And I forgot to note that there are three Navajo Labor Commissioners and that I forgot to also include Commissioner Jerry Bodie, a former Navajo Council delegate.
