Without debate, Council votes 13 in favor, 0 opposed on Legislation 0342-14: Relaling to Budget and Finance Committee, Resources and Development Committee, Naabikiyati Committee and the Navajo Nation Council; Approving Supplemental Funding from the Unreserved, Undesignaled Fund Balance in the Amount of $500,000 for Tonalea/Red Lake Chapter for Professional Services and Demolition Project.

this legislation was created to change law to fix problem that i see for future elections. my goal was not remove obstacles that stood in way of presidential candidate Chris Deschene. i made across the board to deflect criticism that only doing this for Chris Deschene.
