Greetings Relatives/Frens/Humans, I’m here at the Navajo Nation Council’s Naabik’iyati Committee meeting in the Navajo Nation Council in Window Rock, Ariz. According to the Naabi Committee proposed agenda, Naabi was scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. At about 11:25 a.m., the meeting was postponed to 1 p.m. It is now 1:28 p.m. and Speaker Pro Tem Kee Allen Begay Jr. is reviewing the Council’s trip to the Arizona Legislature on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015. Begay counted the number of Council Delegates on the Council floor and he counts 12, which equals 13 with him so Naabi has a quorum at 1:36 p.m.
