SPONSOR, DELEGATE WALTER PHELPS
Levee along Interstate 40 has flooded. we have lot of assets which include buses, hospital, elders and patients that are transported to Winslow for health care.

DELEGATE LEONARD TSOSIE
is there an alternative for capturing the flood waters? i don’t know where all the activists go. they don’t even have shovels. but when we try to do something for navajo, they get on their little horses and ride over here.
