this is before us and I bring to u the question of whether Delegate Naize has maintained his good standing. And the speaker represents the Council and Legislative Branch and that speaker requires a high standard.

And then after former Delegate Raymond Joe pleaded guilty and implicated Delegate Naize, several delegates that opposed the first legislation for the removal of Naize as speaker came to me and asked me to sponsor a second legislation. And I’ve taken a lot of criticism. And Naize said that he would be completely exonerated…

Naize made that statement to several news media regarding the criminal complaints filed against him.

Even though we have a certain amount of public comments, there are many pple out there that support the removal of Naize as speaker and remember that Naize will not be removed as a delegate.
