Naabi Voting Without Debate

DELEGATE DWIGHT WITHERSPOON Move agenda item (K) to (A) because legislaton has been on agenda several times.

I know each of you feel that your legislation is important but the Naabi agenda is long and then we have a Council session and some Delegates are saying that they may have to leave.

AMENDMENT 0285-13, lot of questions at Caucus and would like for it to be approved but lot of questions so ask for work session and ask to remove from Naabi agenda and put back on Naabi agenda after work session.

Naabi now on New Legislation, which is Delegate Witherspoon’s legislation that he had moved from (K) to (A). The legislation is 0327-13: Approving an agreement for Jan. 1, 2014, to Dec. 21, 2018, between US Department of the Interior and the Navajo Nation for Navajo Children and Family Services pursuant to the Indian self Determinatin and Education Assistance Act.
