WASHINGTON (Feb. 22, 2021) – On Tuesday, February 23, at 9:30 a.m. ET/ 7:30 a.m. MT, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), a member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, will introduce President Joe Biden’s U.S. Department of the Interior Secretary nominee U.S. Representative Deb Haaland (D-N.M.) to the full committee.

The hearing will be streamed live on the committee’s website:https://www.energy.senate.gov/hearings/2021/2/hearing-to-consider-nomination-of-the-honorable-debra-haaland-to-be-the-secretary-of-the-interior . Witness testimony will be available online immediately before the start of the hearing, and an archived video will be available shortly after the hearing is complete.
