Former Navajo Natoion presidential candidate Myron McLaughlin filed an election complaint against Navajo Nation Council Delegate Russell Begaye, who replaced disqualified presidential candidate Chris Deschene on the ballot for the Navajo Nation presidential election.
The COMPLAINT was filed on with the Navajo Nation Office of Hearings and Appeals in Window Rock, Ariz., on Oct. 31, 2014, at 4:52 p.m., by Brian Lewis, former attorney for Dschene.
