profile shows how staff being used and money spent but money not being spent and profile indicate which programs not spending and other overspending.
scholarship question cud be used for profile.

profile cud help.

Health Question from Delegate Hale: deficite in group health and couple of factors, one is fringe rate that employees pay such as premiums which is too low and doctors charging too much money so revenues squeezed downward and costs skyrocketing. we are trying to set up health maintenance group where doctors charge less. highest doctors in DC and Gallup, NM and that is funny.
very few providers in Albquerque. employees go to Gallup, Farmington, Flagstaff.
