Health Question from Delegate Hale: deficite in group health and couple of factors, one is fringe rate that employees pay such as premiums which is too low and doctors charging too much money so revenues squeezed downward and costs skyrocketing. we are trying to set up health maintenance group where doctors charge less. highest doctors in DC and Gallup, NM and that is funny.
very few providers in Albquerque. employees go to Gallup, Farmington, Flagstaff.
